- 2 / 5By Clayton BatchelorI ordered a personal pizza with bread sticks. When I looked at the menu it says sauce variety is free. But I got charged for the sauce I picked for my personal pizza. If I knew that I would have gotten regular sauce. I told my cousin about it. Him and his wife said they had problems there before. They ended up adding $2 dollar tip to the receipt without my cousin permission. When confronted no apologies or coupons or things were given. Making Pizza hut name really bad. I overheard the employees talking about there dishwasher backing up and they didn't have enough dishes for people in the restaurant. Place was half full. They put up no smoking signs by the doors but have a bucket with sand for smokers. Obviously very poor management. Company should do something about this.September 15, 2016
